Help to improve my lvl 78 bow ranger

hey guys, pls help me with my ranger. I have a lot Orb of regrets and a lot back up gear. I will show you every possibilty I have and you give me your advice.
My problem is that I cant run reflect maps, I cant run temp. chains, i cant run high ele dmg maps, and some other stuff. I am lvl 78 since days. Last time I died at 98% exp and right now I am at 65% -.-
I cant run easily 70er maps. I cant alch a map. I transmute all. char feel weak. 80% I play selffound. All my gear exept some uniques are selffound with that char or some other alt.

I use frenzy for single target and la lmp chain combo or split arrow chain combo for aoe in a 5l. I switch between these two every 10minutes or so cause I feel both fun and strong :D

I cant rly value my items. Specialy the rings and amulets. Pls help me to choose some better stuff like my gear and help with my build and give my advice for runnung maps. Right now i take my highest lvl map (mostly 70 or 69) and transmute them and alternate them till more pack size or more magic monster. Sometimes I chissel them and use alchemy orb, but thats most time to hard for me.

You start by taking the dodge nodes behind acrobatics.

short question:

can i evade reflected dmg? And if yes... can i evade reflected dmg from a lioneye bow?

short answer:
Yes and no.
The Bow actually is the source of your problems with reflect mobs and maps. Because its hits can't be evaded its reflected hits can't be evaded, too.

Edit:

Some more infos on your char would actually help. How much life do you have, how much Armour and Evasion, whats your Crit Chance and Resistances?

evade: 43%
resis: 75%/75%/75% all overcapped!

will try now some 70er rare maps. At physical reflect roll i will switch from lioneye bow to harbringer.
