Perandus Signet not counting unique flasks as an equiped unique

Perandus Signet has a mod that says:
"3% increased Intelligence for each Unique Item you have equipped" However, equipping a unique flask does not increase the intelligence of a character wearing this ring. I am quite sure it did at some point in the past, so I think this is a bug that got introduced at some point and is unintended.
