Tanky BM/US/IR Sword (any) Duelist Passive Tree - Comments?

Looking for some comments on my Tanky Sword Duelist. Everything is generic "sword" so I can go 2h, DW or Sword and Board depending on drops. This is supposed to be a tanky as hell build. Blood Magic, Unwavering Stance and Iron Reflexes for all the life/life leach and health.
