No Projectiles

All players in leagues with this mod will deal no damage with projectile based skills/attacks.

Immolation

All players and monsters in leagues with this mod will have their physical damage converted to fire damage, all monsters will also create ground fire on death.
how to witch then?
Which Witch?
witch is ez mode in no proj. kappa
Immolation = the Armour stat is useless
This is a race you do if you feel like you hate yourself.
So Witches will work even though pretty much all their skills are ranged? Does this more apply to ranged players like the ranger? My first non-projectile...
I would also like to know if witches spells are considered range/projectile or not... :)

IATAM, thank you immensely for this advice. HP, ES and fire res must be the go then.
PoE's LD-50 = < 60 DMG DoT. i.e. MMO Click-em-up +2 mad millinery FTW when PVP by CAT-5.

Here is a reference image I made for the last no-projectile race. Note that Split Arrow should be red.

Yes this means rangers can use Rain of Arrows, and Witches can use many of their spells, including Firestorm.
