Nothing hard to believe there, drop rates have been fucking sad for a while already.

Edit: Drop rates for Rares is ok, but the rolls you get on 9800 rares is just fucking sad.

Is this just a regular dps gear/build run? Or are you running with IIR//IIQ over 100%

level 70 not exactly low. Try it sometime in a league with no quantity affix.

We could start by removing some of these: light radius, life regen, %accuracy, below ~10% res rolls from high ilvl items, local attribute requirment, mana on kill, life on kill, life gain on hit from high ilvl items... Or maybe just increase the odds of getting mods closer to the ilvl of the item, getting 15 life on an ilvl 75 will most likely result in an item that's NEVER gonna be used, same as the mods I listed above. -_-. Then maybe we could get decent drops. Also no low-base rares in high level areas. If that happened, I'd gladly have droprates reduced, because when a rare would drop, I'd know I have a decent-ish chance of it being decent.
