best weapon for dual wield

hi. just want to know what the best weapon for dual wield is? plain swords or rapiers or axes? also should i go for dual wield dmg or specific weapon dmg nodes? thanks.

Dont mind to the elemental dmg thingh u can deal with that later if u choose to play as a duelist thrusting swords gonna be your new extremities. İf u want to start as a marauder than u have to go for axes, regular swords or maces as shadow claws and dagger.
PS: ofcourse any class can use anything my examples just based on stat requirements and for new starts. | |

No but they generally have a very fast attack speed which is one less stat you need to roll on it but he could also be referring to the fact that they are pure DEX swords. So you don't need to worry about having the STR to use the other ones. In my experience though you won't have any trouble getting the STR required to use any one handed swords.

there is no best gear in general, it depends on your build, if you want to go Elemental damage or physical damage and how high certain attributes your build will have.
