This build is still viable, although I now use the Soul Taker unique weapon. IF INTERESTED IN SOUL TAKER BUILD, PLEASE LOOK TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST! This build has been dubbed "The Carwash Build" because Cyclone sounds like the spinning brushes at an automatic-carwash. --EXPLANATION--
I've switched to using Cyclone full-time. I can solo Merciless Dominus without dying. UNIQUES The Bringer of Rain and Wings of Entropy are required! If you want to be tankier, use Stone of Lazhwar. If using Cyclone, replace Stone of Lazhwar with Carnage Heart. Tabula Rasa is great for leveling gems since you don't benefit from the stats on your chestpiece. Just be sure that the chest armor is on BEFORE you equip The Bringer of Rain. Gems CAN level in your chestpiece, despite what many claim. GEMS Dualstrike + Melee Splash + Multistrike + Added Fire Damage (OR) Cyclone + Blood Magic + Life Gain on Hit + Reduced Mana (If you have Carnage Heart, you can replace Life Gain on Hit with Added Fire Damage) BANDITS Normal > Oak Cruel > Kraityn Merciless > Oak BLOCK With current gear and level > 54% chance to block attacks 41% chance to block spells (with Stone of Lazhwar:: 14% without) AURAS Dualstrike > Grace and Clarity Cyclone > Hatred and Grace DPS Dualstrike = 21k DPS Cyclone = 10.6k DPS QUESTIONS?

Why clarity over Hatred aura? Hatred adds huge dps.

Also, I've experimented with several other abilities.
BoR + Cyclone, Life Gain on Hit, Blood Magic, and Reduced Mana is a great combo. With that setup, I am able to freely run Grace AND Hatred. No mercy for the weak. No pity for the dying. No tears for the slain.
