Spectres + Remote Mine + Redbeak

Hi everyone,
today i had a long discussion with another player about Spectres, that are supported with remote mine.

At the end, we both agreed, that the damage of the spectre is calculated like this:
"Overall damage" = 100%[Base damage] * 1,49[multiplier from remote mine] * 1+x[x=damage increases]

Damage increases surely comes from the passive tree minion damage nodes, but also from mine damage nodes and also the 100% damage increase on low life from Redbeak should work.

Then, I've done some testing. I killed Hillock (cruel) with one spectre...
... without Remote Mine/ Redbeak: ~45 sec
... with RM and without Redbeak: ~25 sec
...with RM and with 2 Redbeaks on low life: ~27 sec

Seems like Redbeak dowsn't work with Remote mine and Spectres?!? Can anyone confirm this or give me a formula that includes all possible damage increases for spectres (with RM)??

Thanks :)

everything in this game works like:

base damage*(1+total %increase in the damage)*(1+more multipler1)*(1+more multiplier20*etc.

so yeah you are correct

And do you know if mine damage and Redbeak damage count into "total increase damage"??
I'm not 100% certain, but I'd have to guess that Redbeak won't increase your spectre damage, because you are wearing the Redbeaks, not your spectres, and your spectres are not you.

Remote mine should indeed increase spectre damage though, because the gem would be linked to the spectre and thus part of the spectre.

i tested this months ago, no redbeak doesn´t affect in any way the damage of the spectre, the same way spell dmg doesn´t affect the spell dmg of the spectre, or physical damage doesn´t affect the damage of the spectre.

Remote mine works because it bonus damage is "more mine dmg" that actually just work as "more damage" since the more and less modifiers are poorly restrictive due to their nature they are actually affecting spectres.

other things people fail to notice about spectre are, melee splash with quality gives 20% increased area of effect, this bonus is given to every skill the spectre use, it has no direct link to splash atacks, again a poorly restrictive design here.

Concentrated effect and fire ball, as well as flame sentinel doesn´t increase dmg on tool tip or on impact, concentrated effect with fireball, increases the damage of everyone hurt except for the main impact target, making it worthless on single target.
Also notice that when a fireball chain it hits 3 times, the first 2 it doesn´t explode so concentrated effect has no dmg increase on the first 2 hit, and the third one only shows an inc on the adjacent target of the last hit.

Also the minions are not the priority of being fixed, i sent a tell to chris about the tabula rasa exploit for spectres, and he replied that it was well known, next week kripp made a video that showed everyone how to use it. 2 months has passed and its still there.

as with the example i gave about melee splash i would suggest not trying to reason how spectre work logically, it is true that remote mine does increase the spectre dmg. but im 100% certain that increase dmg passives for mine wont.

This is because of how non restrictive the "more" multipliers are in this game. remote mine was probably coded to give more dmg to anything linked to it, but a passive for increasing mine damage would have to be more selective on where to work and when not to.

i suggest trying the stuff out, reasoning has not worked very well to come up with the truth when seeing spectres working.
