New Vendor Recipe (1.0.3) Found

Any magic wand or scepter + resist ring (Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz) + Orb of Alteration = wand or scepter with +element gem bonus depending on the ring type. This recipe will reroll the implicit mod on wands.

I have no idea whether or not this is all three recipes or just one of them.

And will prismatic ring give +1 to all gems?

Does it work with staves? I guess not.

I didn't think to try... Didn't work with daggers though.

This game is turning into minecraft. Next thing they should implement - make order of items important.

This is certainly all 3 recipes. Weapon+flasks were counted as 4, same logic here.

Can it improve mod to +2 level?

what happens to the previous mods? if one is added, one other must go... randomly chosen, or is the +gem the only mod afterwards, so you can augment a second?

usually with those recipes (ms, ele dam, resist, etc) the only mod that remains is the one you put in.

Only goes to +1. Just like the +damage recipe, can never roll top tier mod.
