Decent damage. Nice arc/aoe. Made of glass and drinking dem mana potions like your throat is on fire.

Yes, imho surgeon's flasks need another nerf and manaleech needs to be buffed.

Mana usage needs to scale with attack speed. Instead of 12 mana to use an abiltiy, it should be 12mana a second. SO that a 2.0 attack speed abilty only costs 6 mana. That might balance it out a bit.

Mana leech on physical also forces you to forgo elemental damage abilties. Which makes several skills useless.

My ranger drinks potions constantly.

What's the point of having so many double strike gems?
