The Worst Cellphone Battery Ever
I recently acquired an iPhone 5 and it, without any doubt, has the worst battery life of any cellphone I have owned since the Motorola 5200 (1991). At least in those days you could carry spare batteries.

As far as I know, the batteries that these new smartphones have are actually pretty good, it just lags behind the increasing power of the phones. A lot. It should pretty much be common sense today that if you get a smartphone, you're in for a lower battery life. That said, I just bought myself a Samsung Galaxy Note II, and the thing runs for a whole day of music and browsing with flying colors, usually leaving 40-60%, battery for the evening. It's almost 3 times better than my last phone, and the phone has some serious horsepowers as well.

Dude I have a Note II too. The battery life on this thing is monster. I can browse, YouTube, and just derp around all day and still be at 50% when I go to sleep and plug it in. Samsung is taking over.

I have a Nokia Lumia 920. Not only can this thing live through a nuclear holocaust, but it could power a space shuttle to the nearest blackhole. Seriously, I charge it like once every 3 days.

A classmate of mine has a shiny new Lumia as well, and he says the batterylife on it isn't the greatest. But it's his first smartphone, so I guess he just isn't used to it. He also says they heat up like like hell. I wish Nokia would make Android phones. Something like Note II.

Best thing to do is to fully charge your battery a couple of times at first, full charges.
Your battery should have a higher capacity by then. Hold my gloves.
