combine all purchases to buy a pack

Hello,
I understand that it is possible to combine all the small pack item purchased from the release to upgrade to a power pack supporter, I sent an email to the support to do this, but I had no return .. i already spend 110 $ so i want to use this too buy a champion pack and have tee-shirt ^^ address technical support is support@grindinggear.com? is it possible to combine all of our purchases? Support can combine multiple packs for you but you'll have to wait for them to get back to you on that one.

I go back this topic from the depths of hell because today it is eight days I contacted support and I do not have answer. i Still wanted to know if other player was in the same case?

If the same case means "waiting more then eight days", then yes, on the same issue I hit the 9 days and still counting.

Different issues/requests get assigned to different people and I would guess that anything to do with Supporter Packs has a pretty long queue at the moment. So just wait until they get to your email. :-)
