Just to be clear: I kited her like this for the last 30 minutes. This one had like 5% hp left, so this poison arrow thingy worked for sure.

I also don't "blame" desync for this. It was my fault to click around like that near a cart. Sucks, would have loved to see the boss room.

It's pretty hard for the server to detect when a desync occurs between it and the client. You can make the Client request a resync more often but the server receiving such a request shouldn't be treated as proof that a desync has occurred because you can, well, hack the client and invoke that mechanic all willy nilly.

I dont think you should get one. ToS clearly stat you die to bug and lag, you die forever.

Regardless of what I think or what you want. GGG should either restore every character died to lag/bug or no one.

The carrion bug happened to over 700 people, and GGG new EXACTLY who it happened to. Who gives a shit if their little "disclaimer" at the start of making a HC character says otherwise, if they have the complete means to fix it, they will. I 100% believe GGG was in the right on restoring dead characters.

The fact that they can't do it on an individual basis is because it would take up far too much of support's time. On top of that one could very easily have died a legitimate death, but then go to support and say "OMG!!11 I DIED TO 1/1000000 BUG RESTORE NOW!!!!11!!". It happened to a lot of people, and they knew exactly who it happened to.
