low life righteous fire Pulser 1.0

Hey guys still working out the kinks was on vacation but good to be back. This will only work with legacy items and the gear is extremely specific. Even with over 9% regen you are still losing health because the RF degen is from both 90% of health and 70% of ES. At this moment I am looking at a few options so I would not recommend this build. If you want a low life pulser without righteous fire, just spec out of the regen nodes and pick up crits as shown in the 2nd option.

You lose a bit of dps but it seems to be running fine. The items are pretty specific to run.

empower,discipline,vitality,reduce mana
your losing tons of ES so the ring fixes that and gives you a huge mana boost also due to the number of uniques
no wasted nodes on stats to run gems



Your regen is over 9% if done correctly.
mana is gained from mana leech. I always ran this way before patch.

Great build wonder If I could pick your brain on RF, I have a low life rf/discharger in mind.

About 8.6% life regen on the passive tree.

On the comment above it says RF without shav. Apart i did it this lots of times with 101% capped fire and 3% reg. Also i see taht boosted / buffered RF as other avg dmg skills.
