Friends List Enhancements

Not sure if these have already been brought up...

1) I would love to know which of my friends are already on-line before I log a toon in. (say: of the top 10 of my list, detailed below)

2) I would like to be able to Sort/Reorder my friends list to put specific ones at the top and have a top ten list.

3) I would like to have the ability to keep notes on my friends (single line) that would pop up like tool tips when I hover over their name.
