Everyone in the minority always thinks that polls are inaccurate. His poll is probably closer than you think. Those wanting FFA are the vast minority. Those wanting instanced loot, longer timers, or something that removes some/all of the "competition" (aka, douche bags) is the vast majority. This is obvious to anyone that plays in public games.

Heck, I played in a private group and it was the same crappy experience, 1 or 2 tools grabbing everything while I'm killing the pack of mobs around them. I would have left the party but a friend was in it and it was a higher level map than I could get into with my map supply.

I've been running pub map groups for awhile now, and have yet to run into these douche bags.

I will that someone who isn't fighting AT ALL I would kick. As I consider this.to be a leecher. But again, haven't run into one yet.

If you read my post then you will see I made no solid conclusions about the results & also state that it is a minute sample size. No need to seriously?! me.

I would urge anyone using the forums to make a post here as the bigger the sample the better.

Was referring to the presidents statement. Would be like if Wyoming was the only state out of whole sample.

Requires, at the very least a good sample. You cannot say the majority if you don't KNOW it, at least with a p < .05

The majority of the responses favor instanced loot. Better?

Based on random encounters among many people that have played for ~a year as well as many that have left the game (with intentions to return in open beta), I can say, with little doubt, that the vast majority favor a loot system that is further removed from FFA than is currently available.

Also, public parties in Hardcore are a different breed, play some public rounds in default for aggravation.
