Can't get PoE to play windowed Fullscreen on 2nd monitor - SOLVED

So, I have 2 monitors. If I set the game to play "windowed", I can move the game window from one monitor to the other no problem. If I set it to display as "windowed fullscreen" or "fullscreen" however, the game reverts to my left hand display, which is not positioned ideally for playing games.

In the Graphics options tab, I see 2 Nvidia GeForce GTX470s listed in "Adapter" ( I only have one card...), so I assumed that changing the adapter would change which display it is shown on. However, those 2 adapter settings do nothing, clicking either one doesn't even light up the "apply changes" button.

Its not an apocalyptic issue, but I really would like to play the game on the other monitor...


edit: I solved the issue. It was a conflict with DisplayFusion
