Perandus signet and Divination Distillate

When using the unique Perandus Signet ring in combination with the unique flask Divination Distillate , the 3% intelligence bonus for the unique flask is not permanent.

When starting the game, to make the bonus work, the flask has to be unequipped and eqipped again. When changing areas, the effect also resets randomly. When using the flask, the bonus turns on and off.

I hope this can be fixed in a future patch)
