[Mirror Service] New #1 Hp Tri Resi Boots/Belt On Server

Fee's have now been decided.
These belts and boots are absolute. Nothing beats them. They are both #1 on the server for the given mods. Both items have all top tiers. The belt has 45% tri res across the board. I don't care if they don't have chaos resis. If you want chaos resis, then these boots/belt aren't for you.

*Please Provide Fusing to 4L the boots. and to relink back to 3. They are attached to a Cast on Dmg Taken gem, hence why its only 3 linked.
