Is this mace any good?

I would say bellow average.
The multiplier for physical dmg isn't that high and it lacks attack speed. Also it has only ~281 dps. |

DPS = [( min demage + max demage ) /2]x aps .
So your weapon's dps: [(230+361)/2]x0.95 =280.725 280 dps is not the best as 1h weapon too... but for 2h weapon.... just simple crap.... vendor it IGN : FlatBuffalo

How many DPS is needed for a "good" mace ? Mine has 400 :
