Party Leader distinction

I don't know if this has been a problem for anyone else, but while partying it can sometimes be hard to tell who exactly is the leader of the party. There's no visual indication at all as it stands. I would like to see something implemented to make it easy to tell who the leader is.

I've had parties split up because the group goes one way and nobody knows who the leader is and it can be somewhat problematic. It's not a good thing when you form a party and they leave you behind and pretty much take over the party themselves.

Here are a few suggestions of things that would be helpful in this regard:

> Local map: Different color or different icon for the leader
> Instance manager: Different color or bolded name; added (leader) title
> In-game: Subtle aura; Floating symbol or title

An idea I thought would be really cool would be to have a banner attached to the leader like so:
