That other dagger crafting thread inspired me to finish my dagger, so I'll be keeping a log for you guys. For Science!
Starting with this base:

Shooting for the usual stuff: IAS over 20%, top tier flat dmg, crit mult (or accuracy), and hybrid physical over 70%. 12 eternals: 4 more eternal: 5 more eternal: BTW, I didn't keep track of each exalt result, but resist for suffix seems very common, and hybrid spell for prefix is also VERY common. Too bad the base kinda sucks. A platinum kris would have been better at 1.2 speed IMO.
