5S 5L keep dropping: crazy RNG or possible recent bug?

so, I was waiting for my first 5L to drop more then 4 months (I play selffound; 10-15 hours a week). It was crap 6S 5L axe, followed by another one next day

I was waiting for another one for long time again. About 3 weeks ago 5Ls started dropping like crazy. And all of them are 5S

I know getting 5L on 6S is much more likely than on 5S so this looks really strange to me. Its probably only crazy RNG but it could be some kind of bug introduced in one of latest patches as well.. Standard league gets good buffs, want this for HC too! Nah just kidding, to many 5L/6L removes the "jippi i found one" special feeling

Keep on farming. If you keep getting 5L over a week long period, then it's a bug.

Oh sorry i did not check, then you got the 5L cloud aswell.
