AXN is the one of the most friendly and knowledgeable individuals I've come across. He answers questions with well thought-out sincere answers and actually cares about the people he deals with. If an item isn't optimal for you, he'll ensure you find what's right for you. If you have any concerns, he does an excellent job dealing with them logically and goes the extra mile while steering you in the right direction. I had quite a conflicting predicament about an item I was auctioning that didn't benefit him in the slightest, yet he took the time to sit down and work out several solutions/weighed pros/cons with me. This is just one of the several things he's helped me with over the years.
