Seething of Reflexes Seething of Staunching Seething of Heat Perpetual Diamond Grounding Ample Quicksilver of Adrenaline Enable auras, enable Blood Rage and kill stuff. Use Enduring Cry to get your elemental and physical resists up. Immortal Call can help you in a pinch. Arctic Armour can help you in some situations. Why would you want that over tri res hp with 13 speed?

It's a little offtopic, but I'm building FP EB crit shadow with pure evasion and I'm still not decided if I should take Acrobatics or Void Barrier... (http://tinyurl.com/krbptxx <- I need mana from Void Barrier to run high level Arctic Armor). Anticipation slowly dissipates...

I'd say acrobatics with lower level arctic armor is better, and maybe use darkray vectors or The Blood Dance and blood rage.
