For bosses you can switch out LMP for Blind to get crazy evasion + dodge stacking against them.

Why would you not get Ondar's Grasp?
Why would you want that over tri res hp with 13 speed?
And it's not like this is a low life build, blood rage is just for getting charges. If you happen to get on low life though, blood rage can be pretty crazy.

Xendran, which level you level Arctic Armor to?

It's a little offtopic, but I'm building FP EB crit shadow with pure evasion and I'm still not decided if I should take Acrobatics or Void Barrier... (http://tinyurl.com/krbptxx <- I need mana from Void Barrier to run high level Arctic Armor).

I'd say acrobatics with lower level arctic armor is better, and maybe use darkray vectors or The Blood Dance and blood rage.

Im still levelling my arctic armour so we'll see where i like mine at.
