Consecrated Ground

Hey, I just found this item:
It says that if you block, you have 25% chance to create Consecrated Ground. But, what is it? I already found a post where someone asks it, but couldn't really understand what it really does. Thx. |

It produces a health regen when you stand in it... desectated ground produces the opposite.

if i have skilled Vaal Pact, does it make the consecrated ground usless for me?

It gives anyone standing in the effect 5% life regen. Which can be 5% ES regen with Zealots Oath.
