Can't trade over level 25

OS: Windows 7 64bit (build 6.1 7600)
RAM: 8gb
GPU: 2x radeon 5770
CPU: Phenom x6 1090T

Can't trade at level 67, I was able to trade today before this even but as of now still cannot trade.

I had some issues earlier where I could not invite people to my party, I would instantly leave for no reason without clicking anything. This has fixed and since that I have not been able to trade currency.

Fixed.

Changed characters to trade someone, then tried again on the affected account.
