I just gave up on this low life RF build, i ran docks and lunaris 2&3 with 104IIQ/367IIR, 86fr/16cr/75lr, 1325 spork dps with RF. Things died fast, but no shit drop, except some random exalt orbs and gcp from white mobs. It's so freaking boring and i also can't stand the no light radius in lunaris. Really, Shavronne is a myth to most of people......
So I got 3 other toons to 20 and multiboxing cruel Merveil for 3 days, great, tons of useless uniques except 2 andvarius. Today when i saw my 1 tab of maps, i just went CI, changed some gears, 148IIQ/128IIR, 913dps only, but hey, at least it's not that boring, plus i got a lioneye's glare from an overgrown shrine map. |

" Sounds like you've had much better luck than most people. I think between this thread and the other there is a common misconception that godly loot will just rain down with this build. Unfortunately it still takes a LOT of grinding and perseverance. Having started as a RF sporker on anarchy I understand your pain in the struggle of obtaining shavs to move past docks. However, the beauty of the build, for me at least, is in its efficiency in farming docks to abuse the vendor chaos (2) recipe. If you prefer running maps then don't confine yourself to docks. Your damage is more than fine for clearing 66-68 maps, even with CI. I do agree with your last two points. Running Lunaris as low life sucks, and the build itself isn't the most interactive or exciting to play. I've been tempted to respec to some type of discharge build, but I have a feeling those will be getting nerfed soon so I'm not eager to drop an ~exalt in regrets just to do the same in the near future. Stick with it and grind/play where/how you enjoy to help keep things interesting while you save for a shavs, but don't trick yourself into thinking that the game drastically changes once you have it; it's the same grind just in a different place. |

" Ye, i think i'm lucky these days. I played D2 since release, on and off all those years i'v never seen a windforce or soj drop...... My problem with docks repetition is those monsters like to dump so many trash on the ground, plus the boring environment, after a while it just makes my eyes bleeding. Screen full of item names is the biggest headache, maps are worse, but at least i can choose the background. I can't imagine doing trial of cowards with high IIQ full party. |

yea ive been trying to buy an upgrade to my weapons, using divinarius atm and RotP, but i wanna get max fire with es and IIQ IIR helm and gloves so i can drop RotP altogether and duelwield for max damage since i rarely get hit. ive tried a 5L soul mantle and i would not suggest it to anyone since its so shit on defences and the little dps it gives comes with: 1. an extra cast, 2. mana costs. its honestly not worth it considering everything dies anyways in duel totem + curse.
the build its not too bad tbh, idk if im seeing more uniques tho or not. DEFINITELY more rares and alt stacks :P some things ive found in the past 3 days, (since ive been just focused on farming lunarius)

the EV chest i found and linked it myself, got those blood boots too and sold for some gcps. its boring forsure but honestly just grind and you'll find stuff good luck to all SPorkTots

I hope it's ok to ask this here, since this is an IR/IQ build:
Do you have any advice on how to build up an IR/IQ set? I'm imagining I get to the docks, start farming rares and getting chaos orbs. What do I spend them on first to increase my efficiency? |

" Up to you there. If you want a little of both you can not take static blows or the int nodes near the top and instead link to zealot's oath by using the power charge nodes on the left. Check a couple other builds in the recent posts as some use the ice spear power charge. I don't have that setup on my guy personally so can't speak to that. If your wand has 107% lightening damage it's probably fine. You may want to try to do some calculations or link the wand maybe someone can take a look. " really it's all value based and gear dependent. Look at what you have and what's out there. Generally, you'll want a good helm with IIR/IIQ and high ES, ring(s) with IIQ/IIR (I have 1 andvarious and 1 gold ring with massive iir/iiq), good amulet with IIR/IIQ and would be nice to have spell damage and/or cast speed (+% ES would be a bonus), then eventually gloves if you want to replace aurseize or sadima's touch. I'm playing this in anarchy so there's no eye of chalula there. Pacific (GMT -8) Time

When people here post IIR/IIQ are you all including your gems too? Or is that without the gems? Some of these sound a bit higher than I thought. Like 148IIQ? Wondering what gear contributes that massive amount if it's without the gem.

Both leveled with 100+iiq/250iir for the vast majority of the time in merciless and i've never seen a shav or kaom drop. A lot of people expect it to rain loot. That just isn't the case. It takes time and effort to gain wealth in this game. " First thing to get is wondertraps if you are low life. Second, aurseize if you farm docks (i wouldn't use these for lunaris). Third, Perandus Blazon. Lastly, get rare iir/iiq items as you see good/affordable deals. I'm not a fan of andvarius, so I wouldn't go near them. Good rares will take much longer to find and more expensive than the uniques mentioned. For example, I've been looking for a rare ring on and off for 1-2 months and still no luck.
