Sure I am missing something : the guide (page 1) is talking about a "% of shield regen" stat but I can't find this stat in the character sheets.

The only thing I've found is in the "Defence" sheet, a stat called : "ES Regeneration per Second".

So my first question is : is there always a "% rate of ES Regen" somewhere ? where ?

Max hp * fire resist (Assuming you have 88% fire resist, that would be 0.88)

To find out your actual ES regen you should look at the % regen.
Max ES * % regen

I am not sure, in English, to be clear ... but to simplify this is a question to all players palying Spork-RF : Which stat, in your character sheet, are you looking at, in order to know the regen of you ES per second ?

If you are looking the same as me (my post below) it seems then that the stats in character sheet are not accurate at all ...
