Unlock Code

So, I'm trying to connect from a different region and it asks me an unlock code that was sent by email, but this email never arrived. I tried to contact the support, but I didn't receive a response.

I would love to be able to play the new league on its very first minutes.

Same problem here. I never get the key. And when I try to change my mail and klick the link inside, the website opens with an error pls make sure you entered the right url.

So I am currently not able to play the game, never geht the unlock key.
And I am not able to change my mail, website erros.

:(
Although I do receive the email, I have to this every day, gets quite annoying.
I'm not even logging in from a different location, is this normal?

Hey there,

If you are not receiving your unlock code please email us at "Support@GrindingGear.com" and we will send it to you manually and advise you on what steps you can take.

It is not uncommon to have to unlock your account every day. Your account locks any time you log in from an IP that differs to your previous one. This means that if you have a dynamic IP r reset your router a lot, your account may be locked quite frequently.

We are currently working on a new security system that will allow you to turn off or customize this function at your discretion. Unfortunately, this has not yet been implemented.
I still can't log in my account and I already sent 2 emails to the support. I just want to play. >.<

Hey there,

We've been sending you emails, I've checked in our inbox and can definitely see that we reply to your emails within minutes of receiving them.

I've just sent you another email with your unlock code, let me know if you don't receive this one, as I suspect you might have an issue with your email provider/inbox not receiving emails from us.
That's weird. I receive every newsletter from you guys, but I didn't receive any reply for that email. I have a gmail also, can we give it a try?

Edit: And I did check my spam folder.

You'll really need to talk to your email provider, we're not receiving a bounce back message at all, so it's going to your inbox as far as we can see :(
