Unlock Code

If you are not receiving your unlock code please email us at "Support@GrindingGear.com" and we will send it to you manually and advise you on what steps you can take.

It is not uncommon to have to unlock your account every day. Your account locks any time you log in from an IP that differs to your previous one. This means that if you have a dynamic IP r reset your router a lot, your account may be locked quite frequently.

We are currently working on a new security system that will allow you to turn off or customize this function at your discretion. Unfortunately, this has not yet been implemented.

We've been sending you emails, I've checked in our inbox and can definitely see that we reply to your emails within minutes of receiving them.

I've just sent you another email with your unlock code, let me know if you don't receive this one, as I suspect you might have an issue with your email provider/inbox not receiving emails from us.

You'll really need to talk to your email provider, we're not receiving a bounce back message at all, so it's going to your inbox as far as we can see :(
