Australian server - LACTIF race - cannot move

I am unable to move in this race after changing zone locations. This is only occurring on the Australian server.

I have been on the australian server in a race too. had the same thing. i think after hilloc i zoned into the watch n got rubberbanded back top the door when i tried to move.
Im pretty sure the aus server isnt set up to race in. cause you cant talk to the npcs either. Smoother than Smooth.

This has happened again and is not an isolated incident.
