Unique Vaal pyramid map drop outside map content

So, the latest patch notes told me this:

Non-map areas cannot drop Maps with a base level higher than 66.

Well I was just running Lunaris temple level 3 and this dropped from a rare mob:

I have gotten severeal level 66 maps after the newest patch and only level 66 ones (in Lunaris 3).

Not complaining about the drop, but just wanted to let you know.
