I need help with PoE2

My game won’t load me into the trial of chaos. I’m currently on Xbox series X. I have tried restarting multiple times. If I load onto a different character, it takes me to my hideout. When I switch back to this one, it puts me back into the loading screen for the trial of chaos. I have let it load for more than an hour.
