Not able to pick up items

I'm not able to pick any items dropped. Items drops will display on screen but give no tooltip information when I mouse over them nor am I able to click on items displayed. I have tried different leagues and characters.

I am having the same problem on PS5. I submitted a ticket and they told me to post on the forum... LOL. Not being able to pick up loot is kinda game-breaking, no?

After much trial and error of uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting computer, trying a different account... finally hit on the solution. Apparently, the config file was somehow corrupted. By deleting that file:


C:\Users\{%username%)\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\production_Config.ini

and having the client rebuild it (of course all my personalized settings had to be remade) fix the game issue.
