Idea to resolve Trade Pricing

One of the (many) problems the game is facing is massive trade inflation due to the huge number of farming accounts and massive amount of currency in circulation. In POE 1, crafting serves as a fair currency sink, but in this silly game, no one bothers to craft because the system has such low probability of producing anything useful. Any fix to crafting is going to have minimal impact on prices.

One deflationary idea is to create a new currency sink. I propose that currency be spendable to directly increase Item Rarity in maps. Approximately 1 ex = 1% increase in Rarity of Items found. Spend as many as you like. The buff applies to the waystone you use it on, and that's it. If you spend 50 ex, you get +50% Item Rarity on that map.

The result should be a lot less currency in circulation, and also a fair increase in the number of usable items for sale. The effect of these should be to lower prices.
