We have low loot drops we have rollbacks when we finally get something....

Not only we have a drought of loot and most of good quality one (feeling like im playing a gambling game most of the time) when the god of rolls finally works in our favor we get a rollback and we lose it .... are you gonna fix your game already or should we also move to other ARPG's.
Love the game and all but this path you are following along with the several server game freezes losing xp, losing maps, losing our patience in the end is starting to alienate me from what i loved in the start . Please do something sooner than later.

A new fan to the game but kinda frustated at the momment.
