Game stuck on the loading of one char

The game is stuck on the loading screen of one of my chars all the rest load in only this one char does not load into game I can here the sounds change over to the map I was on but the screen and the rest is stuck on the loading screen. Can only hit x to change the tips shown the longest I have sat waiting for it to load was 15mins.

Encountering something like that.
I got disconnected and now whenever I try log in on my character it just boots me to the login screen. Anybody got a solution to this? |

Games crushes always if i want to join act 6 - the mud flads, even i use a new instance...
