How long does GGG usually take to respond?

I requested a refund for MTX hideout rain cuz i got the wrong one.
Figured i'd better spend those points on other things.

But they asked me my account name and character name and went full radio silent for a week..

At the bad end, account recovery, ban appeals, and credit card refunds have been running a month+ between responses since POE2 launched. I believe these are still as bad as they are because they need intervention by senior staff.

Before POE2 0.2 launched some simple requests were back to being handled the same day. I'm thinking here these are things that front line support can do by clicking buttons on an admin panel.

I don't know if refunds in the point shop were fast lane or not. While they apparently need extra verification; I don't think they'd need anyone senior to make an actual decision. So hopefully not the slowest lane.

Before even mtx refund requests usually took max 1 hour to be replied to. I have a mtx transfer request that didn't even get a single reply since November. They still sayin they are falling behind their standards but dude lets be honest this is not even falling behind compared to before. This is equal to doing nothing.

Wow, amazing how support went from "we'll get back to you in an hour" to "please hold while we locate the one ancient monk authorized to issue refunds." At this point, contacting support feels like sending a letter by carrier pigeon—except the pigeon retired, and the wind’s not favorable. But hey, at least they rest assured us while absolutely nothing happens. Progress!

which honestly sucks cuz i could use those points for the stash tab sale.
