Stuck Loading into Chimeral Wetlands PS5

Waited a day to try and log back in again and tried logging into another character like some people suggested. Still stuck in the same screen. Sucks because I’m playing with my husband and we can’t progress together on this account. Anyone know of any solutions yet? It’s a bit frustrating.
