stuck in act 3 POE 2

I'm having an issue with a character.

I killed the boss Doryani in Act 3, but when I went through the portal, the game closed on me. I reopened it with the same character, and the game crashed again.

I tried logging in with a different character and had no problems. What can I do? Regards.
