POE1 - Failed to Join Instance

I am getting this about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time when trying to use a portal or pick a new delve node. Sometimes also when using the map device to open a map. I get a delay, nothing happens, then failed to join instance message after a few seconds. Try again, and it seems like it is about 50/50 on it working the 2nd time. This just started happening in POE1 recently. I have stable fiber internet and an overqualified PC. The issue seems to be on the server end. Started on maybe 4/10/25 or 4/11/25 and is persisting still on 4/12/25.
