Act 3 stuck on loading screen for 2 days now

Im on xbox and for some reason I can get past the load screen waiting 10 mins sometimes for nothing to happen. Reset my console several times rebooted the game several times with no results. This is only on the dawn of the hunt league it seems because my standard league characters loaded no problem which makes no sense. Annoying that I want to play the game but I either wait for ggg to do something about it weeks from now or make a new character which it could happen again.
