Unable to see guild chest, recombobulator and use currency exchange with Alva

I have just reached endgame and have quite a few things missing on my character at this poitn which is making progression a bit tough.
I'm completely unable to see the guild chest (despite being in a guild and being high enough rank to get access to the chest), even if I teleport to the guild hideout or try to place it in my own hideout.
Also I have no option to select "currency exchange" with Alva, nor am I able to see many other players in the lobby with me - I might occassionally see a player or two, but this seems very low compared to what I was seeing in the first league.
I am also not able to see the recombobulator (the bench that allows you combine items), even if it is physically present in the world.

What is going on with my account? Feels very odd. Any help would be appreciated!
