Character unable to load

Since Monday 4/7, my character in Dawn of the Hunt is unable to load. I am able to load other characters or create new ones, but I cannot load my Huntress, character name is Frothy_Buttress.

When I attempt to login, it shows a 'loading screen' for loading Chimeral Wetlands (Chaos act 3), but never loads. It is a perpetual loading screen.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and downloaded all updates for the Playstation 5 and the game, it still goes to the loading screen for chimeras wetlands, where it will stay for hours if I let it.

I am no longer able to play the game.
