Account Unreasonably Locked

On the morning of Sunday, April 6th, I was playing poe2 and shared my thoughts on a certain mechanic in the global chat and typed some harsh words about the developers, accompanied by some profanity. It was far from the most profane thing I had seen in global chat. I have seen people use the hard R and face no consequences. What I said was nothing even close to that or anything nearing that bad. Within seconds I got chat banned for 24 hours, then seconds later my account was locked. Upon trying to log in, I got the message "Account locked. Contact support." and so I did, within the hour. It has been 3 days and I have got no response, not even an automated message or anything saying they are looking into it or even just that they received the email.

In these 3 days that I have been locked out of my account, I did some research. The code of conduct states "Posts or names that are deemed to breach these guidelines may be edited or removed at GGG’s discretion, and the player’s forum or chat access may be restricted". I admit that I breached the code of conduct, but nowhere in that code does it say that my account can be locked as a result of chat messages. In fact it specifically states that the punishment for breaking the code of conduct is a chat restriction. If I were chat restricted, I wouldn't even be complaining here, but because some random moderator decided to unreasonably lock my account I have been unable to play the game that I paid for and further bought stash tabs and cosmetics for, for the entire duration of my weekend. Further, during my research, I found that GGG support is extremely slow and it is not uncommon for people to have to wait over a month for their account to be unlocked. This is unacceptable.

I am still locked out of my account. And since the chat restriction was only for 24 hours, this post cannot be considered to have broken the rule in the code of conduct which states "A probated player is not allowed to post on any alternate accounts to circumvent this restriction." because that restriction would have expired by now, and since the lock on my account is unreasonable, there is no restriction that I am circumventing by making a new account and posting this thread.

I'm not trying to evade a punishment that I may deserve. What I typed was certainly "overly negative" to quote the code of conduct once again, but the lock on my account is very clearly the result of a moderator who had an emotional response to my message. I am willing to serve a chat restriction of any duration, but if my understanding of the code of conduct and terms of use is correct, there is no reason that my account should be locked.
