Game wont launch

After the new league update (dawn of the hunt), the game wont even launch (i have the game on steam), I have tried validating, uninstalling and reinstall, run as admin, turning off virus protection, updating drivers, changing resolution.
I have seen a few post from people saying the same thing, but have yet to find a solution or even a reply from ggg, what kind a crap game are you making here, it worked fine for me on release.

This is about Poe2 as well, poE2 website keeps sending me here, so i hope the PoE2 devs see this.
