Mini Rubber-banding/desync (often disconnect afterwards) - Game is unplayable

Hello everyone,

I cant seem to find a solution to this at all, just got back into POE2 after the latest update and this happens, video will be attached.

The game worked perfectly fine before, smooth over 120fps at all times etc..

The little mini 'teleports' or whatever is simply ruining it for me. :|

Does anyone have any suggestions?
