Permanent loading screen after lates poe2 update.

I downloaded the new patch on PS5. can go into character select but when I select my character it is in a permanent loading screen. I have tried to close and reopen the game. I have tried shutting down my PS5 and restarting it but still the same loading screen. It is loading in Manor Ramparts. Is there anyway to fix this?
