poe 1. An unexpected disconnection occurred/My game freezes in the middle of a gameplay.

HI, My in-game character moves but all the other things freezes. it's been happening since past 2 days. I lost so much exp and unable to complete my uber lab and Map runs cause of this. please try to resovle this issue soon. thank you
